Who I am
I'm Nishu Sharma — an ethical healthcare growth coach based in India. For over 15 years I've worked with more than 200 doctors, clinics and hospitals across 12 cities, helping them grow without the things that quietly break healthcare: revenue targets, unnecessary procedures and fear-based marketing.
I founded the Ethical Healthcare Community (EHC) and created the Patient-First Growth Framework because I kept meeting the same doctor: brilliant at medicine, invisible online, and told by every agency that growth requires compromise. It doesn't. The practices that lead with trust outgrow the ones that lead with tactics — I've watched it happen for a decade and a half.
